I understand emergencies and things happen. For all color and nail services if you have to reschedule more than 2 times for non emergencies I will no longer schedule you, and your $25 deposit goes towards your total price of color service. I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours. This applies to new and old clients, I am very understanding, and I appreciate your cooperation!
